1. Creating multiple forum thread for the same offers is not allowed. Even if you intend to create a thread for a particular offer then it should be within a related group, or in a relevent category in the main forum area.
If you have an offer regarding paid sms, then a thread can be created in the paid sms group and not in any other group. Non related posting will be removed, and will lead to your account termination.
