I am not going to give out details since it is an investment free job. You will find tutorials anyway. Yes, I have been paid many times. Let me see if I can find some payment proof.

If you don't understand then this is not for you. You will be given three tasks which rotate itself. When you complete a task, then you get another and it goes on and on.
